December Release Hop & Shop!

Hi there! You've made it to my stop on the MFT Release Blog Hop! If you came here by way of my sweet friend Erin's blog, you're on the right track! If not, head on back to Kim's Blog and start from the beginning! You don't want to miss anything, I promise! Also, be sure to leave a comment at each stop along the hop -- one of us has some secret blog candy to give away! :)

My project features Flapper Doodles - Cheers to a New Year. I think this is my favorite Flapper Doodles set yet! It's perfect for New Year's parties or for celebrations any time! I made a hanging box to fit over a bottle -- I thought it would be a fun host or hostess gift! The decorative top was made with the Die-namics Perfect Bracket Edge die. In case you haven't noticed, I have been using it a lot lately! ;)

The paper is from the Restoration Collection 6x6 pad by Crate Paper.  I colored with Copics and paper pieced the Flappers' dresses. I kept the vintage-y feel by sponging everything with Tea Dye Distress Ink.

I placed an iTunes card in the box -- I mean what's a party without some good tunes? Noisemakers or other party favors would be fun, too!

All of the new sets and dies are available right HERE, right now! Now I'll send you to visit the mega-talented Cindy Haffner -- she's sure to have something to delight the eyes! :)

Thanks so much for hopping by! Happy shopping!
