This is a simple design, but I gave it some fun elements! I had spied this burlap netting in a stash of things I got from our crafters garage sale. It's perfect with Mermaid Emma! I distressed the edges of the paper and cardstock, and I added some Dew Drops bubbles. I had a lot of fun with Emma's hair -- first I colored it with Copics (E31 and E33), then I colored over it with Spica pens (Sand and Chocolate). It's SO sparkly IRL! :)
