Sunday Supper: Easy Beef Stroganoff

Hello! Today's Sunday Supper recipe is definitely an easy one! I got this recipe from my friend Tracy several years ago, and I've made it many times since then.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. deluxe stew beef
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix ingredients in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 3 hrs.
Stir occasionally.

Double for 6 servings.

This takes about five minutes of prep, then you have lots of time until it's ready! Serve over rice or noodles, add some salad and bread, and that's it!

Please send me your easy supper recipes -- I'd love to share them here!

Have a great Sunday, everyone -- enjoy some family time around the supper table! :)

Yumm-O, this sounds so easy and wonderful, Christina!

I'm thinking on the easy recipe...I'm usually doing something last minute, throwing things together without a recipe...hmmm, sounds a bit like my stamping style?!
