Hi there! I hope you're having a great weekend! Today is Megan's 14th birthday, so we're celebrating tonight with her grandparents. Cake and ice cream -- yum! :)
Today's Sunday Supper recipe comes from Lenoria Kelly. It looks like an easy and yummy recipe -- and with soccer and cross country in full swing at my house, I think I'll be making it soon! :)
1 box Rigatoni noodles
1 pound hamburger meat (optional)
1 2 1/2 cup pack of mozarella cheeze
1 jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice
Boil one box of Rigatoni noodles per directions on box and brown 1 pound of hamburger meat, drain both. Pour noodles into a 9x13 pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Add the hamburger meat scattered on top, added a small amount of cheese. Top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
Thanks, Lenoria, for sharing your recipe! If anyone has a quick and easy recipe you'd like me to feature here, just email me!
Have a great Sunday, everyone -- do something relaxing and fun, and carve out a little family time around the supper table! Thanks for stopping by! :)
