April MFTeasers, Day One!

Hi there! Happy Friday, and happy April Fool's Day! It's Day One of the April MFTeasers, and this month's release is SO fabulous... no foolin'! ;)  Today the Creative Team is previewing three sets: Flapper Doodles - Hold Me Tight, Typewriter Alphabet, and Own Your Story. For my card, I used Own Your Story with the new Die-namics Four Point Frame. Love, love, LOVE! :)

This set and die lend themselves so perfectly to shabby and scrappy projects. I created this card as a sample for this month's MFT Guest Designer Challenge. Jody and Michele are challenging you to create something shabby chic! You can find all the challenge details HERE. The paper is BasicGrey's Curio. I stitched and distressed the papers, and I embellished with some bling and a twine-y bow.

Here's the 411 on this month's release!
  • The MFT release is on April 5th at 10 PM EST. You can attend the release party from 8-10 PM EST HERE in the forum for fun, games, and prizes! All the new sets and dies will be available on April 5th at 10 PM EST.
  • The guest designer contest is ON! Check out the forum HERE for details on how YOU can win over $100 in stamp sets and play along with the DT for a month.
  • If you'd like to see all the teasers for today, please click on over to Kim's blog NOW! Be sure to leave comments on each designer's post for a chance to win one of two $10 vouchers being given away daily, just for leaving a comment. :) Check Kim's blog every day for the winners.
That's all for now! I'll be back with another teaser tomorrow! Thanks for visiting today!

Have a great day!
Christina
